Relax. Heal. Revitalize.

Reflexology is an ancient healing art that addresses various points on the hands and feet to stimulate the central nervous system, support detoxification, calm the body, relieve pain, and bring energetic balance to the body.

What is Reflexology?

Natural Healing

Reflexology is more than a foot massage. This healing art activates the healing responses of the body through stimulating different reflexes on the body. By stimulating corresponding reflexes, messages are carried along neural pathways to different body parts, thus alerting the brain on what to focus on in healing and repair.

The treatment is gentle, non-invasive, and personalized for each patient and each session.

An Ancient Approach

From the times of Ancient Egypt (2500-2300 BC) and the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine comes an understanding of how we can work with the body in gentle ways to guide and encourage our bodies back to thriving health.

Treatment Outcomes

The benefits of reflexology are numerous. Here are some key outcomes of a treatment:

– Improves circulation
– Reduces pain and encourages homeostasis
– Improves the flow of energy throughout the body
– Activates the body’s “rest and repair” parasympathetic response

Foot Reflexology

The foot holds reflexes that relate to every part of the body. By applying direct pressure to each point, we activate your body’s healing responses, improve the circulation of blood and energy throughout your body, and encourage rest and balance.

Each treatment takes about an hour. $75/session.

Hand Reflexology

Much like the foot treatment, reflexology on the hands also address the whole body through the reflexes found on the hands that correspond to different areas of the body.

Each treatment takes about 45 minutes. $65/session.
